Hi! I'm the founder of HarmonyHive HR.

 

HHHR specialises in helping businesses streamline their operations and optimise their workforce. I have a strong background in business management, HR strategy, and operations. I partner with small to medium-sized businesses to create practical, people-focused solutions that drive success.

I hold degrees in Business Management and HR Management, along with a triple diploma in Business, Business Administration, and Management. With over 15  years’ HR & business operations expertise, including Six Sigma and global experience, I deliver tailored support that balances people, performance and compliance. I am a SCHADS Award specialist, supporting disability, aged care, home care, and community services organisations with Award interpretation, compliance, and workforce structuring. I understand the challenges business owners face—whether it’s managing employees, improving efficiency, or navigating workplace complexities.
